Bus rentals

With an upcoming show in Olathe, Kansas, it appears that the decision to rent a charter bus is again in the works. The annual Drum Corp Tour and World Championship provides entertainment to millions through live performances and nationally-broadcast events. For your part, you are hoping that you can help gather a pretty big crowd to go watch your son, and three of his other friends from the area, perform and compete.
With experience in the process to rent a charter bus, you have decided to again organize a trip. You are pretty excited that your son has auditioned and earned a spot in a group where every year thousands of student audition to become part of one of these select groups. You know that the shows are amazing, and you know that the band students from your local high school enjoy seeing the various drum corps perform whenever possible.
The plan is to take a group down to Kansas to watch the show the second Monday in July. The single day bus tour will depart Omaha between noon and 1:00 pm and return by 3:00 am the next morning. If you can find need 50 people, this easy travel options will be feasible from a cost standpoint. The cost will be approximately $55 to $60 a person, will include charter bus company transportation to the event and ticket to the show. Parents, siblings, and friends are welcome to participate, but priority will go to students. If more than 50 people show an interest, you will start a list for a second bus. We would need an additional 50 people, however, to make the second bus feasible.
The Decision to Rent a Charter Bus Is Economical, Convenient, and Efficient
Today’s motorcoach industry accounts for 631,000,000 passenger trips a year in the U.S. and Canada. And while this travel option is convenient because you get to leave the driving to a professional, the fact that each full motorcoach has the potential of removing 55 automobiles from the highway means it is efficient as well. In fact, motorcoaches are three times more efficient in reducing CO2 output when they are compared to commuter rail, and five times more efficient than transit buses.
Summer travel can be both exciting and exhausting, but making the decision to travel by charter bus means that you can reach your destination rested, refreshed, and ready for anything. Especially a large drum and bugle corp marching performance!
